When you enter the main entrance of Villa Selini, you walk into the large living area, which gives you an open view of the outdoor pool area and direct access to the outdoor grounds. The living area, with plenty of furnishings and artwork, give this villa a homely modern feel. The living area is designed with much care, allowing for comfortable spaces so that adults and children can feel at home. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an island bench which, when waking up in the morning, is the perfect place to have your breakfast before your morning dip in the pool. In the same space, you will find a modern dining setting and comfortable traditionally made couch area. The highlight of the open living area is the perfectly placed lounge area with a Smart TV and PlayStation which the children will make their own little corner, keeping the adults away. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, all accessible from the main living area. Towards the back of the villa is a twin bedroom which is ideal for children as it is the closest to their lounge playroom area. The bathroom in the living area is convenient for use by the twin bedroom as an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located at the front end of the villa, both having a view and access to the outdoor pool area via tall glass panel doors. These bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, one bedroom has a double bed and the other, two single beds which can be put together to create a second double bed.
